Our Return Policy
Our goal is to improve quality of life for all members of the Dank City Delivery family. We will strive to make the return process as easy as possible. All returns must go through the Dank City Delivery dispatch. Couriers do not have the authority to approve returns. 1. Defective
Item must be returned within 1 days from purchase to be eligible for refund or exchange
Must have original packaging and product
Refund or exchange will be brought to customer at no additional costs
All refunds or exchanges will be processed and delivered within one business day of request approval.
If requested item is out of stock, replacement item must be of equal or lesser value at full retail price. Excluding sale or promotional items.
2. Unsatisfied
If requested item is out of stock, replacement item must be of equal or lesser value at full retail price. Excluding sale or promotional items.
Item must be new and sealed.
Item must come with complete packaging.
We charge a $15 restocking fee for returned items. The $15 fee will be waived with a new purchase that meets the minimum delivery amount.
No refund or exchange is available for smoking accessories. If requested item is out of stock, replacement item must be of equal or lesser value at full retail price. Excluding sale or promotional items.
We reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange.
