Zero unwanted side effects and a step up from Tiger Balm. I'm very sensitive to CBD and THC, but this had no effect beyond pain relief. I'd give Icy Hot a 6, Tiger Balm an 8, and this a 9+ out of 10. It's a little pricey but even this small jam should last for many uses.

I use this for my ankle that I broke years ago. It allows me to be pretty much pain free and get restful sleep. I also used during the day as needed if I am going to be doing a lot of walking.
