I use half of it(1000mg)with 3 chocolate chip cookies, the ones you just bake,hand mix together,done in 13 minutes.1000 mg helps with pancreas pain flare ups.

This is wonderful and very potent. We take a small dab on bread or crackers before bed and do the same for our 2 dogs. Tastes good and will try baking in the future but for now excellent by itself :)
